Official Rules:
1.1 Must be 18 or older to participate.

1.4 You are not required to subscribe to the College Potential Calculator after the trial period is over. Your access will be turned off after the 90 day period and if you want to continue access to the calculator at that time, you will be required to subscribe at standard sales rates. You may receive up to 2 emails reminding you your access is about to be turned off.
1.5 The Flip Video Recorder, iPad®, or Laptop giveaway will be defined by the amount of counselors who request a free 90 day trial for the College Potential Calculator by June 30th, 2010 at 11:59pm CST.
1.6 At least one counselor has to request the free 90 day trial for any of the prizes to be awarded. If between 1 – 74 counselors (10% of counselors surveyed) sign up, then one Flip Video Recorder will be given away. If between 75 – 370 counselors (50% of counselors surveyed), then one iPad® will be given away. If between 371 – 740 (>50% of counselors surveyed), then one laptop will be given away.
1.7 Must be a registered member of WhatisAverage.com by June 30th, 2010 11:59pm CST to be eligible to win. Must be a high school counselor to qualify to win. A registered member is defined by a user name, password, gender, date of birth, and valid email address. To qualify for the product giveaway, user must select “High School Counselor” on the profile field during sign-up to be eligible.
1.8 Must accept free 90 day trial to the College Potential Calculator via email to Dan.Coomes@WhatisAverage.com to be eligible. REGISTRATION ON SITE ALONE DOES NOT QUALIFY.
1.9 WhatisAverage.com retains the right to purchase the products from the retailer of choice and choose the design of product of it's choice.
1.10 WhatisAverage.com will contact the registered member at the email address on file. The email will come from the address Dan.Coomes@WhatisAverage.com to contact the participant to claim their prize. WhatisAverage.com will send an email every 7 days starting July 1st to notify winner of their prize. Registered member has 30 days from initial date of first email to respond to email with mailing address before forfeiting their chance at winning prize. In such a case that the winner of the "top product" does not respond to emails within 30 days of initial email sent on July 1st, the winner will forfeit their prize.
1.11 IOBUSP, LLC (parent company of WhatisAverage.com) retains the right to disqualify entries from a user suspected of attempting to disrupt the promotion, and IOBUSP, LLC may prosecute or seek other legal redress against anyone suspected of engaging in these acts.
1.12 This is a chance-based promotion and no consideration is given to products purchased, participation on site, or any other factor. You do not have to sign up on WhatisAverage.com's fan page to be eligible nor does this increase your chance of winning. You do not have to post a link, photo, or any publication of this promotion to be eligible nor does this increase your chances of winning.
